End-User License Agreement

1. License grant

ApeXhit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the hosted VibeDx web application for its intended purpose — scanning applications you own or are authorized to test. No license is granted to the underlying source code, and no rights are granted to copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works of VibeDx, in whole or in part.

2. Ownership

ApeXhit LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to VibeDx, including all intellectual property rights. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any ApeXhit intellectual property to you.

3. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code or the underlying scan methodology.
• No reselling, sublicensing, or offering VibeDx (or a derivative) as a competing service.
• No automated scraping of scan logic or bulk/automated abuse of the scan endpoint.

4. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop all use of VibeDx.

5. Governing terms

This EULA supplements and should be read alongside the VibeDx Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
