VibeDx ("the Service") is provided by ApeXhit LLC. By using VibeDx at vibedx.apexhit.org, you agree to these Terms.
1. What VibeDx does
VibeDx performs passive, read-only security checks against a URL you supply. GoodVibes is a signed-in build-template helper. Neither a passing scan nor a GoodVibes prompt is a security or legal certification.
2. Accounts, tenants, and approval
You may create an account with email and password after accepting these Terms and the Privacy Policy. New self-serve sign-ups stay pending until the root owner (apexhit00@gmail.com) approves the account into a tenant. Pending and denied accounts cannot use Scan, GoodVibes, Admin, or other tenant data. The root owner may register tenants and invite owners or members into them.
3. Authorized use only
You may only scan systems you own or have permission to test. You may only use GoodVibes for applications you are authorized to build.
4. No warranty
VibeDx is provided "as is". Findings may include false positives or omissions. GoodVibes legal pages are a draft until a licensed attorney reviews them.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApeXhit LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of VibeDx.
